Jackfruit isn't readily available in the UK and is usually grown in tropical parts of the world, however you should be able to pick up a tin of it in the world food aisle of a larger supermarket. This one is a … Continue reading Harissa Couscous with a Tahini Dressing

Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti

January 8, 2019Leave a comment

I've always been very anti-waste when it comes to food. Sometimes it means I end up eating more than I need to, especially in resturants (because I would rather eat the food and be uncomfortable than have it thrown away!), however it also drives my creativity when it comes to creating meals. I often line … Continue reading Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti

So I walked into my local tescos the other day (it's a VERY small one) and I found vegetable suet for 8p! SKITTLES FUDGE - if you have a sweet tooth like me, then you have to try this recipe. It’s one I made for @foodtryb a while back and I’m surprised it’s taken me this long to share it! It’s so easy and moorish and is completely vegan (yes, skittles are vegan)! 😍
When it comes to toast… are you Team Sweet 🍭 or Team Savoury 🥑? I would say I’m more of a sweet gal (I prefer my avo on bagels 😉).
Long time no post but I’M BACK! 🎉
It’s Fri-yay… and guess who’s working 12.5 hour shifts up until Sunday?
There’s something about bank holiday that makes me want to get into the kitchen and bake! I have a huge backlog of recipes that I haven’t got around to posting - here’s one I made a year ago!!
