Even better is that this recipe was so easy to make, give it a go! Servings: 2 Ingredients 2 sweet red peppers Spray oil 2 medium brown … Continue reading Red Pepper Curry

I don't make curries often, but when I do, I make a big deal of it! My spice collection is a little bit out of hand which means that sometimes my curries can get quiteeeee intense. However, I tried to keep this recipe as simple as possible, and although it isn't the quickest of meals, … Continue reading Pea and Paneer/Tofu Curry

Saturday morning brekkie in bed! Been a bit AWOL on the grid lately. Mainly because I get into a bit of an obsessive cycle where I’m constantly critiquing everything I do, from the way my feed looks to the order that I want to post my pictures in 🙈. Sometimes for my own well-being I just have to step away and not look at it! It’s even taken me over 20 checks to see if I want to even post this picture. Ok I’m going to go ahead and do it 😂 happy Saturday!
HAPPY EASTER MY LIL BUNNIESSSSS!! 🐰 To celebrate, here’s a delish double chocolate cake recipe for you all to enjoy. Not to mention, it’s VEGAN too!

My gorgeous little boy crossed the rainbow bridge this morning. I don’t really know what to say and how to process it all. He was a massive part of me, he was my best friend, I did everything and anything for him. I’ve had Elvis since I was 8, he was my first dog. He’s been with me through primary school, secondary school, sixth form and university. He has been there through the best and worst of times. I bought him home in my arms and he left the world in my arms. He was so loved. I was talking to him this morning whilst giving him a bath. I fed him chicken which he loves. I told him how special he is. I feel like I have so much more to say about him but every time I think about it I start crying, so I’m going to leave it here. I love you Elvis, my miracle boy. Rest well up there❤️
