Ingredients
- 200g coconut butter
- 80ml maple syrup
- 300g peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 70g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sweet freedom choc sauce (add cocoa powder if you don’t have)
Method
- In a pan, melt the coconut butter and maple syrup over a medium-low heat until thickened
- Add the peanut butter, it’ll thin out a little, then add the vanilla extract
- Pour half of the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and set in the freeze for 10 minutes
- Add the chocolate and chocolate sauce to the remaining mixture and remove from the heat. Spread over the top of the peanut butter and freeze for 2 hours (or refrigerate overnight)
- Remove from the fridge/freezer and let it soften for 20 mins. Cut into squares or any shape you prefer and enjoy!
