Chocolate and peanut butter fudge

  • 200g coconut butter
  • 80ml maple syrup
  • 300g peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sweet freedom choc sauce (add cocoa powder if you don’t have)

  1. In a pan, melt the coconut butter and maple syrup over a medium-low heat until thickened
  2. Add the peanut butter, it’ll thin out a little, then add the vanilla extract
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and set in the freeze for 10 minutes
  4. Add the chocolate and chocolate sauce to the remaining mixture and remove from the heat. Spread over the top of the peanut butter and freeze for 2 hours (or refrigerate overnight)
  5. Remove from the fridge/freezer and let it soften for 20 mins. Cut into squares or any shape you prefer and enjoy!
