Coconut and Pistacho Bliss Balls

There are so many great recipes for bliss balls floating around the internet nowadays – and rightly so! They’re easy to make, a great little energy booster and you can flavour them however you like! I thought I would share the recipe to these as I really enjoyed them and they weren’t too heavy either!

Ingredients:

  • 120g (15) pitted dates
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp maca powder
    30g pistachios
    3 tbsp coconut flour
    1 tbsp maple syrup

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until all ingredients form a large ball. You may need to add a little bit of water/plant milk to help it bind
  2. Roll into smaller balls
  3. Optional: roll in desiccated coconut or pistachios
  4. Refrigerate for an hour then enjoy as you please!
