There are so many great recipes for bliss balls floating around the internet nowadays – and rightly so! They’re easy to make, a great little energy booster and you can flavour them however you like! I thought I would share the recipe to these as I really enjoyed them and they weren’t too heavy either!
Ingredients:
- 120g (15) pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 30g pistachios
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until all ingredients form a large ball. You may need to add a little bit of water/plant milk to help it bind
- Roll into smaller balls
- Optional: roll in desiccated coconut or pistachios
- Refrigerate for an hour then enjoy as you please!
