Creamy Yogurt Pasta


Serves: 2


  • 150g pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 small red onions, chopped
  • 2 handfuls of spinach, washed
  • 2 handfuls of kale, washed
  • 1 cup of frozen peas, covered with boiling water to defrost
  • 500g alpro vegan Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to packet instrictions
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and when hot, add the garlic and onions. Fry for 5 minutes then add the spinach and kale. Cook until the spinach has shrunk
  3. Add the peas and cook for another minute, then turn the heat down completely and stir in the quark, nutritional yeast and garlic powder
  4. Add the cooked pasta along with lots of salt and pepper and enjoy!
