I’m very new to tempeh, in-fact, this was my second time trying it, however I LOVE it. It’s so easy to cook and the texture is my favourite. I made this quick salad before I had to pop out yesterday and although I wasn’t intending on sharing this recipe – it’s too good not to!
- 100g tempeh
- 1 tbsp jerk sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with non-stick paper or foil
- Dice the tempeh and set aside
- Mix together the jerk sauce. garlic, chilli and paprika and pour over the tempeh
- Bake for 15 minutes until crispy then enjoy!
