BBQ Jerk Tempeh

I’m very new to tempeh, in-fact, this was my second time trying it, however I LOVE it. It’s so easy to cook and the texture is my favourite. I made this quick salad before I had to pop out yesterday and although I wasn’t intending on sharing this recipe – it’s too good not to!

Serves: 1



  • 100g tempeh
  • 1 tbsp jerk sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with non-stick paper or foil
  2. Dice the tempeh and set aside
  3. Mix together the jerk sauce. garlic, chilli and paprika and pour over the tempeh
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until crispy then enjoy!
