The sun’s coming out which means BBQ season is here. If you like cheese and burgers, you’ve got to try these! They make a perfect main and will give meat eaters FOMO!
- 1 400g tin black beans
- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- 35g oats
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp italian herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 25g violife cheese
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth dough forms
- Refrigerate for an hour then roll into 4 balls. Flatten the balls, place 1/4 of the cheese into each burger then gently form into a patty, enclosing the cheese.
- Place on the bbq/grill for 10 minutes, flipping half way, then enjoy!
