A deliciously easy recipe packed full of exciting flavours! Serve with cous cous, rice or pitta breads, a zesty salad and your favourite dip for a delicious and well balanced meal!
Servings: 2 (small) – 4 (mains)
Ingredients
- 400g meatless farm mince
- 20g zhoug paste
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4-6 mint leaves (optional), finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp ground corriander
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c and line a baking tray
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl then roll into sausage shapes with your hands, you should get about 10 in total
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes then remove and serve hot (can also be eaten chilled)
