Raspberry & Coconut Smoothie Bowl

There’s something I find quite indulgent about having a smoothie bowl for breakfast. Maybe it’s the bright colours and beautiful toppings which make them not only lovely to look at, but taste the part too. I’m a huge fan of how simple this smoothie bowl is, and raspberry and coconut is definitely a favourite combo of mine!

Ingredients

  • 160g frozen cauliflower
  • 100g frozen banana
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • 250ml vita coco pressed coconut water
  • 5g baobab powder

Method

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy
    Scrape into a bowl, top with your favourites and enjoy!
