There’s something I find quite indulgent about having a smoothie bowl for breakfast. Maybe it’s the bright colours and beautiful toppings which make them not only lovely to look at, but taste the part too. I’m a huge fan of how simple this smoothie bowl is, and raspberry and coconut is definitely a favourite combo of mine!
Ingredients
- 160g frozen cauliflower
- 100g frozen banana
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 250ml vita coco pressed coconut water
- 5g baobab powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy
- Scrape into a bowl, top with your favourites and enjoy!
