This shake has become a solid favourite of mine recently. I have a secret ingredient that I use to thicken it up to make it nice and creamy… it’s frozen cauliflower! I promise that you can’t taste it, it just thickens the shake and adds another veggie to your 5-a-day. Enjoy!
- 60g frozen cauliflower
- 50g frozen banana
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 100ml barebells banana milkshake
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz up until smooth
- Transfer to a glass and serve immediately (tip: squeeze some syrup around the inside sides of the glass first to get the pretty effect)
