Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Shake

This shake has become a solid favourite of mine recently. I have a secret ingredient that I use to thicken it up to make it nice and creamy… it’s frozen cauliflower! I promise that you can’t taste it, it just thickens the shake and adds another veggie to your 5-a-day. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 60g frozen cauliflower
  • 50g frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 100ml barebells banana milkshake

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz up until smooth
  2. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately (tip: squeeze some syrup around the inside sides of the glass first to get the pretty effect)
