Chocolate Popcorn’n’Goji Bark

Y’know those fancy gourmet chocolate bars you see in Harrods or Selfridges, and they look so pretty and delicious but £10 for a chocolate bar is way out of your league..? Well you can make one at home! Not only is it super simple, you can add in any extras your heart desires. As it’s getting closer to christmas, these would make a great handmade (& homemade gift) too!

Ingredients:

  • 85g chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Popcorn Shed popcorn
  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs
  • 1 tbsp goji berries

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave, checking and stirring every 20 seconds
  2. Pour chocolate into a mould lined with parchment paper (I simply used tupperware), and sprinkle over the toppings
  3. Allow to set in the fridge for at least an hour, then chop up and enjoy!
