Easy Chia Jam

This is the easiest jam you’ll ever make! The best thing is that it’s sweetened with the natural sugars from the berries and no other sweetners are needed! Goes great with yogurt, on toast, with oats or pancakes or straight out the jar. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚


  • 1 cup berries of your choice (I used 1/2 raspberries, 1/2 blueberries)
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Heat berries on a medium heat until they begin to bubble
  2. With a spoon or mashew, crush the berries until you reach the desired consistency you like
  3. Add the lemon juice and chia seeds, remove from heat, stir and allow to cool for 5 minutes
  4. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
