Hey guys! I have created a list of some of my staples/weekly essentials that I tend to always have at hand. Some aren’t as important as others, and you don’t need ALL of it. However, if you don’t cook much and you’re unsure where to start then this is a good guide.
I recommending picking 4-5 vegetables per week – I usually go by what is in season and on offer! I tend to stick with bananas and apples for fruit – but will buy berries when they are in season too.
For the grains/anything that goes in the cupboard, you don’t need to buy all of them every week. It’s good to have a few at hand though!
