So this is the post that you guys are probably going to see first. As you can see – I have my own blog and I AM SO EXCITED! I have already uploaded most of my favourite recipes so you can come back and remake anything whenever you want! But here is the recipe for this DIVINE halloumi & fig salad.

  • Non-stick oil spray
  • 2 slices of halloumi cheese
  • 1/2 medium white onion, sliced
  • 2 large handfuls of salad leaves (I used mixed salad & spinach)
  • 2 figs, halved
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey (I use truffle honey)
  • Salt & vinegar to taste

  1. Preheat a large griddle pan & spray with an oil spray
  2. Add the halloumi & onions to opposite sides of the pan
  3. Wash & plate up the salad leaves & figs
  4. Occasionally stir the onions & flip the halloumi over after 4 minutes
  5. Combine together the balsamic vinegar & honey
  6. Add 1 tsp of balsamic-honey mix to the onions & allow to brown
  7. Remove from heat, add the halloumi and onions to the plate and drizzle over the remaining balsamic-honey mixture nd salt & pepper to taste
