These are great to make if you have any brown bananas lying aroud. They are 100% vegan and made with my favourite protein – vivo life!
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops @vivolife salted caramel protein powder
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp almond (or any other nut) butter
- Optional: 1 tsp baking powder, maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener to taste
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a lined baking tray
- Cook on 180c for 20-25 mins
